As summer is just around the corner, people are getting busy working out and dieting to get ready to show off their sexy bikini bodies and sizzling six packs. While it’s crucial to keep in mind that in order to achieve and maintain a successful weight loss, regular physical activity needs to be accompanied alongside regulation of caloric intake, we would like to introduce some diet plans that some of your favorite celebs stick to and have found successful! I’m not quite sure how successful these methods might apply for everyone, but at least it worked out for these stars giving them the sizzling bodies that they have now.
If you’re thinking about dieting and don’t know where to start, these diet plans could be your reference point. You could try them out or create a variation of your own based on these plans (add in some ice cream and hamburgers here and there) if you find any of them interesting. Good luck!;)
Suh In Young’s Banana Diet – Lost 6 kg in 4 weeks
Banana diet, which has been enjoying popularity worldwide, is also known as the “glamour diet” because it enables your face to become smaller, burns your waist and belly fat while making your breasts more volumptuous.
The sexy diva revealed that one month prior to releasing a new song, she had lost 6 kg within four weeks by sticking to banana diet. Here is her diet plan:
Morning: 1~2 bananas, 2 cups of water
Lunch: healthy and non-greasy Korean meal
Snack: 1/2~1 banana when feeling hungry
Dinner: Korean meal mostly composed of rice and herbs
Nicole’s Danish Diet
KARA’s Nicole claimed that she lost more than 3kg by sticking to Denmark diet. Denmark diet, which is known to be a diet plan that is used at the Royal Danish Hospital, is a very strict high-protein and low-calorie diet that lasts for 13 days. The majority of the diet plan is composed of animal protein.
SNSD’s Diet
Their daily calorie intake is 1500 Kcal. Their diet plan consists of 50g herbs, 5 pieces of broccoli, 150g brown rice, 100g chicken breast.
Yoon Eun Hye’s Diet
The actress’s daily calorie intake is 1,600 Kcal. And her diet plan is…
Morning: rice 170 g, dried pollack bean spout soup, steamed eggs, seasoned sesame leaves, corn salad, kimchi
Lunch: rice 170 g, crab soup, sweet potato sprouts, three colored cold salad, boiled kidney beans, kimchi
Snack: 1/2 bag of puffed corn cookies, cherry tomatoes 200g
Dinner: rice 170 g, mushroom stew, roasted herring with salt, stir-fried butterbur, bean sprouts, kimchi

Park Bom’s Lettuce Diet
Lettuce is known for easily making you feel full and satisfied due to its rich dietary fiber so it’s great for dieting. (Note: I doubt Bom ate lettuce only as Hwangsabu, YGFamily's personal trainer said he create a special diet & exercise programme for Bom who loves corn & hates exercising).
Jung Hye Young & Her Protein Diet
Wow, although the actress is a mom of three kids, she manages to maintain a slim body that she used to have before she got married. She sticks to a general protein diet plan alongside exercising. She’s a typical example among female celebrities who experienced successful weight loss. (Note: plus her husband, Sean is a marathon buff)
Diet Plan
Morning: 1 piece of chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup of milk, after meal vitamins
Lunch: 1 piece of chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, broccoli
Snack: max of 10 cherry tomatos
Dinner: 1 piece of chicken breast, 1 sweet potato
Jun Hye Bin’s Diet
While Jun Hye Bin was known for her slim body since her debut, she started dieting alongside weight training 2~3 hours every day in order to make a hot body of a shoot. She received a lot of attention for tweeting the following photo of her diet meal that is composed of chicken breast, sweet potato, brown rice, yellow-fin tuna, and vegetables which are all unseasoned. Due to the intense diet plan, she claimed that she was unable to sleep at first because she felt so hungry.
Wheesung’s Deadly Diet – Lost 7kg in 3 weeks
On Feb. 16th, Wheesung revealed on his secret diet plan that helped him lose 7 kg within 3 weeks on his twitter. Along with a sizzling photo of his six pack, the diet plan that he unveiled, nicknamed the “deadly diet,” started becoming popular. He usually ate smoked chicken breasts and salads without dressing and when he was unbearably hungry, he ate a couple of almonds instead of cookies. Also, in order to maintain a nutritional balance, he took vitamins separately and also drank about twice amount of water than he normally would.
2AM Chang Min’s Diet
2AM’s Chang Min received much spotlight for revealing his diet plan a couple months ago. Although he used to weigh in the 100 kg range, he was able to transform over into a buff guy who weighs around 70 kg through consistent dieting over the past five years. Wow, unbelievable!
His diet plan is:
Morning: multi-vitamin, 1 mid-sized sweet potato, low-fat milk, 1 full egg, 2 egg whites
Lunch: 1 chicken breast, 1 mid-sized sweet potato, salad without dressing
Snack: 4 egg whites, 1/2 sweet potato
Dinner: 1 chicken breast OR 7 egg whites (when unbearably starving, add a salad)
After workout: 1/2 apple, 15 minutes later 1 scoop of protein

Monday
Morning: 1 slice of toast, 1 apple, 1 sweet potato
Lunch: chicken breast salad
Dinner: 8 cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber
